• Clearly capture the issue

📩 Replacement Process

• Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email
• Share your order details + unboxing video
• Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
• Customer will need to ship the product back to our address.
• Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• After successful verification, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to availability.

📦 Replacement Availability & Product Selection

• If the original replacement product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer may choose any other product available on our website

• The amount eligible for adjustment will be calculated as:

Original product price paid – shipping charges paid

• The adjusted amount can be used toward selecting another product

• If the selected product value is higher, the customer will need to pay the difference amount

• If the selected product value is lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward

• Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable and non-adjustable
